Santa will be at the South Clubhouse,501 Mitchell Drive, on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, from 11:00 am-1:00 PM, handing out gifts to registered
children. Even if you did not register, come take
photos with Santa, meet your neighbors, and enjoy the complimentary

Clubhouse Rental:
If you are looking to rent the clubhouse, please download the Clubhouse Agreement located under "Resources, Documents". Dates of exclusion are as follows: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
*Please note if your account is in collections or has an unpaid balance, either or both need to be resolved to a current status before a rental can occur.
